How do I place an order? back to top
You can order by phone or e-mail. You can place a regular weekly order or try a trial box. All we need is your name, address and phone number and the box you'd like to try. Orders need to be in on Wednesday for a Friday or Saturday delivery, all order place after that online will be rolled over to the following week, if you call we might be able to squeeze you in.
Can I choose what I have in my box? back to top
You can adapt your box, for example, we can change quantities and leave out items you don't like. We are unable to supply boxes with contents to order because we buy in large quantities and provide a varied selection each week.
How do I cancel my boxes for my holidays or if I no longer require deliveries?
Just phone us, e-mail us or leave us a note when we deliver. Please give a at least days notice.
Can I change my order? Back to top
Yes, at any time. For example, if you'd like to add salad for the summer or increase potatoes in the winter that's fine. Also if you'd leave an item out just for a week or two or have guests for the weekend and need a larger box we can do that. To make any changes we need 3 days notice please.
Do you deliver in my area? back to top
Currently the areas we cover are: Bishops Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Much Hadham, Stansted, Thaxsted, Hatfield Health, Dunmow, Great Sailing, Braintree and The Notleys, Great Leigh, The Walthams, Panfield, Weathersfield, Shalford, Witham and lots more. If its close we will come, if there is a group of you in the same area we will come to you.. Give us a call we'll see what we can do.

Do i need to be in when you deliver ? back to top
No, when you place your order we will ask you where you'd like your box left when you're out (this may be your doorstep, back door, garage, garden shed etc). We ask you to leave your old box for collection as we reuse and recycle as much packaging as possible.
How do I pay for my box? back to top
You can pay by cheque or cash, weekly or by Card over the phone. Most people leave a cheque out or even pop into one of our shops to pay. We try and build up a relationship with each of our customers.. so if you miss us or forget to leave payment we will just collect it next time round.
How do I know it's organic? back to top

How is my box packaged? back to top
Using the bare minimum. Your box will be one that we have received our produce in and our boxes are used until they fall apart! We collect your empty box each week when we deliver your new(old) one .
Do you supply any other organic products? back to top
As our roots are in the health food trade and have two retail shop, we can supply any products on sale in them. For example we offer a refill and return service on Ecover products, including Washing Up Liquid, Laundry Liquid and Fabric conditioner.
